Remind me a lot of mushi no kangoku when I first played it (the mushroom/dog parasite and sewer fly scenes are the best). I hope you will consider dumpster/sewer scenes in the future. It was a tough choice, I'm not going to lie but the dirtier and stinkier the better, so I went for the dumpster one. Although all 4 are quite doable and I wouldn't throw out new ideas, as they come in handy when you're stuck. Always follow what you like the most and I wish you the best of luck.

To prevent being discovered by other people, the girl could look for the lair of these insects, so that she may have sex with them in privacy. Naturally, the insects live in an abandoned, filthy place like a garbage dump area. In addition to sex, the girl could indulge in some lewd interactions with her insect friends. She could eat some rotten, maggoty food and pass it to insects via a kiss; lay in the filthy garbage as she is fucked by insects, etc... Basically, the more contrast there is between her innocent appearance and the sheer lewdness of her acts the better it is. Since the girl already ate maggots and had worms in her vagina, the body invasion/parasitism seem the next logical step. I believe that showing the consequenses of the insect sex would be for the best; for example, big maggots/worms could be emerging from her mouth since her insides bacame a hatchery for newborn insects.

So far, we have seen Kai get her ovaries pumped full of parasitic worms by flies whose genitals were somehow infested with them but no actual pregnancy yet. One of the flies from the 2nd video had no parasites but cummed in her anally. So we have yet to see any semen enter her vagina. Btw, can flies interbreed with humans normally in your videos? If so, I think you could have flies rape her while she is asleep and give her creampies, leading her to get impregnated unknowingly. Or, if they can't, you can make one of the insects to be infested with a special type of parasites that mutates human ovaries upon injection.
