Renamon Animation Delay
Added 2021-07-14 23:52:04 +0000 UTCSo I might need to address this publicly to keep you guys updated : there will be a small delay regarding the Renamon animation release on Patreon. I somewhat recently finished the first pass of animation and prepared after effects for rendering. I currently only need to complete audio work, rework the animation to fit the voice acting, and render videos, which are the latest steps in production and take from 2 to 3 days of work or so, although it took me a while to get to that point. But in the midst of all that, my voice actress's mother passed away. She's currently dealing with her loss. I can only imagine how much she's going through.
For now, she needs to recover from such a crushing experience. I do not plan to rush her, nor to drop her from the project in order to seek another voice actress for the job. I want her to personally voice this character and she assured me she also wants to work for me. And I believe this is the moment to remember we are all human, not content machines. We can only do so much. It would be extremely inappropriate of me to act like a stupid porn animation matters most compared to what is currently going on in her life. I will wait no matter how long it takes until she feels ready, for now I'm giving her space. I must ask you guys to be patient. I still plan to hopefully release the animation this month, but if I can't meet that deadline, I'll let you all know so you can adjust your subscriptions accordingly.

And while I extensively talked about her circumstances here out of support, please keep in mind I am by far the biggest reason this animation is taking such a long time to come out.
