Concepts for ‚The Chrystal Heart‘

So, the costumes of the Christmas comic I made inspired me to create a ‚Mock-Opera‘ - (an opera that doesn‘t exist, but from it‘s plot structure could be one).
After reading a ton of libretti it started to become easier for me to invent stories with similar narrative structures; being thrown into the plot at the beginning, dramatically high stakes, big emotional upheaving and being stuck between a rock and a hard place and a chain of bad decisions spiraling into absolute catastrophy (but I added a twist at the end✨).
I called it ‚The Chrystal Heart‘ and it is the story of the Ice King, a seasonal deiety to the local people. Because of an open promise an evil entity took his kingdom captive and will only release it in exchange with a heart as pure as ice. Banished into his human form the Ice King searches the snowy forests and meets a young Huntsman.
It‘s all finished in my head and I plan to post more concepts and the script to my patreon too!
Maybe (I wouldn‘t get too excited) I will get things running and almost finished by next winter 😍
