I would also like to adress the shipping zones: I apologize for the hiccups surrounding that. It had to do with me falsely assuming I had everything around customs figured out until I stood at the till in the post office and had to fill out a paper where I describe everything in the parcel in detail: weight, what it was and which customs number it had.
I needed a bit more time to figure all that out but I am still worried that people outside of the EU will be slapped with a heavy bill when their order arrives (if that should be the case please let me know!). Plus I am still not quite sure I did everything right, I would like to sit down with a lawyer or someone in a similar situation as me some time next year so they can explain how to work around customs.
But if you are outside the EU you can always message me and when you order I will know it's you! Because technically sending stuff out of the EU isn't all that more expensive than sending stuff outside of Germany. It is absolutely doable, I just didn't want to have to deal with a wave of orders in case I might still have gotten something wrong.
All in all I think the opening of the online shop was a great success, you guys helped alot! Thank you for ordering and testing and being amazing Patrons❤️
