I'm finally able to upload this build!! My game was giving me issues so it took some extra time to get it resolved. I tried to keep this build simple and not be a huge file for download. I placed this lot in Oasis Springs on the far left of the map replacing the museum.
Download instructions:
1) Unzip the file using windows built in extractor by right clicking the package file in your downloads folder.
2) Place Tray files (ex. 0x000929129) in your Sims 4 Tray Folder.
3) Open the Mods folder and place all mods in your Sims 4 Mods Folder
4) Load game and open the gallery. Make sure you click the include custom content button and click the Lots category.
