“It’s how we welcome people to the life of a balloon!” the clown said as he lifted her up. She was a deflated balloon and her mind was screaming for help, but there was no way to vocalize it. She watched as he lifted her up to his mouth and the open end of her new rubber body began to open and fill with air.
As her new form expanded from all the air being pushed into it, she started to feel strange. At first it was a pleasant tingling, not unlike that from before, but then it worked it’s way into whatever mind she had left, massaging it, allowing it to feel at ease. As the air worked its way through her, she felt so light, so happy, and despite the fear of what was happening, she decided to have some fun with it. A smile spread across her face, which was expanding, a clowny look stamped onto the rubber she had become, but she was making it grin even wider.
