Vaporeon (term 40)
Added 2016-08-22 23:21:27 +0000 UTCI've been wanted to draw a personified Vaporeon from pokemon for a while now. I'm still waiting for the right Evee to revolve on pokemon go XD This piece took a while, I had some trouble with the composition and I played around with this piece a lot to this point. It's a good practice piece XD i enjoyed painting the water in this piece.
►This is a term 40, tier 2+ reward ◄
(will be send out 1-10th of September with the other rewards for term 39+40 rewards ^_^)

2016-08-23 10:21:46 +0000 UTCI absolutely love this one, practically everything in it has such an incredible flow, her hair, torso, tail and the water swirling around her being the main things. Her face is beautiful with those big eyes and I really like how her hair frames her face and that one strand falling down to wrap around her nose is a detail that I love :D. The fins coming off of her head and arms look amazing and that tail is just perfect with how it flows and wraps around itself, the spikes running along it's centre and the the motion of the ending fins. The colours and lighting too are fantastic, I particularly like her paler skin tones. Fantastic work on this stellar piece of art :)

2016-08-23 09:18:44 +0000 UTCNot sure if you meant that you wanted an Eevee to evolve into a Vaporeon or not. But you can force an Eevee to evolve into Vaporeon by naming it Rainer before evolving it. Also naming one Pyro or Sparky will give Flareon and Jolteon respectively. Also lovely rendition of Vaporeon, reminds me of Jess Nigri's Eevolution cosplays.

2016-08-23 05:19:26 +0000 UTCThis looks really amazing. I was curious as to how you might go about personifying Vaporeon since you announced it. I think this turned out fantastic. Its cool how you kept a lot of the characteristics that make Vaporeon identifiable. The three fins on her head are incorporated really well as to not seem out of place on a human head. The same can be said for the fin like collar that circles on her neck. Her tail is also very Vaporeon like with the fins at the end and the ones that travel along her spine to the end of the tail. And of course, the colors are just beautiful. Fantastic job creating a personification of Vaporeon! I hope you decide to do others in the future. ^^
