Crazy love (term 40)
Added 2016-08-25 01:02:59 +0000 UTCfinally went to see Suicide squad, for some reason I'm really drawn to joker and Harley's chemistry in that movie, I had to paint something inspired by it *_* !! as you can see I've got a lot of influence from the movie XD They are just so cute together <3

2016-08-25 11:23:18 +0000 UTCI too rather liked the different take on the Joker x Harley relationship in Suicide Squad (I did put it as a suggestion for the hetero piece next month after all XD), so I'm pretty pleased to see this. I adore how colourful and vibrant the whole piece is, their hair being my favourite example of this. There's also a tremendous amount of detail, the hair of both characters, especially Harley's as it wraps around and twists, all of the little tears in her clothes and folds in the Joker's. And I adore their pose and expressions, how they embrace one another, his hand reaching up to touch her face as a little strand of hair gets pressed onto by his thumb and of course their smiles, with her looking wonderfully manic XD. Fantastic work :), actually gets me excited for the hetero piece next month :D

2016-08-25 05:55:59 +0000 UTCThis is a really interesting piece. I really like how it has a somewhat gritty feel to it and that it evokes a little bit of madness with it, at least to me. I think the background has to do with that. It really reminds me of those moments in anime when a character is really shocked by something or their mind is broken. Its a really cool effect. Its really subtle though and not overwhelming. These two together form a really dysfunctional couple. I like a lot of the small details you put like, the wear in Harley's clothes and how her hair is a bit frayed at the top. Overall an awesome looking piece. Great job! ^^
