May not help your situation specifically, but I've probably spent over 1k at this point and have never been scammed out of any of her art or merch. She's just coming off a convention, getting ready for another, getting messages and rewards out to 5000+ people and still gearing up to make a ton of great stuff this month. If you really want the art, I would send a direct message and give it a few more days. I know she won't be out to take anyone's money though. Hoping all of your patience so far works out.

For all of the people waiting to hear back, she is usually on top of things, but there are currently 5100 patrons, so that's a lot of rewards to get through and they may be potentially all messaging her too. I would give it a couple of days after you message since one person can only get through so much. I know people are excited and the wait is rough. :)

if you were charged for the pledge and dont get an email in the next few days u can message sakimi through patreon message and she will sort it out as soon as possible. I'm not 100% sure but I think the pledges are processed by time of arrival (as in 1st come 1st served) so those who pledged later in the month are some of the last to get their rewards.

Past term codes are sent out via patreon message after everyone receives their patreon rewards. I'd give it a day or two before the 20$ tier get their codes but it probably won't take that long.

I approve of the name, Shiroi is the name of one of my many Characters, although I'm a writer not an artist so it's unlikely you'll find my oc's anywhere, I however do have a lot of friends who are either successful artists or aspiring artists and when asked how they can draw so well and do so quite fast they all say the same thing: Practice and patience, you'll get there one day just don't give up and never feel discouraged by other artists, I'd love to see your piece when it's completed :3
