I could see doing Senko-San grown up from The Helpful Fox Senko-San. Could be funny to see her and Holo the Wisewolf Also Rumi Usagiyama from My Hero Academia Solo or with Hawks could be good. I'd love to see your take on some of the characters from Overlord as well.
