What next?
Added 2018-01-31 16:11:14 +0000 UTCWhile I am finishing the first set (I have just completed fine tuning the bare earth ground tiles and some extras for tinkerers) I am looking towards the next set of the Samurai Village Builder series.
I want to make two buildings in the texture style of the lean-to. I have often seen this style in pictures of mountain villages and forts.
A smaller building could be a stable, a workshed (I am looking at Japanese woodworker tools for the "stuff" layer) or maybe barracks for soldiers and the larger could be a storage house for food or weapons. Of course they can be combined and will have lots of variations as usual.
Finally I want to add a water mill wheel element, which you can slap on any wall. I hope to have some sketches or prototypes to show soon.
For the ground tiles I will be working on grass versions so we can have roads and building spaces surrounded by grass land.
