Sailing into 2019!
Added 2018-12-30 07:56:57 +0000 UTCI am very excited about the new year. I have lots of things I want to build. Most of them will be from the usual Asian and Pirate theme again, but I also have more "cultures" to mix in, if we have the time and/or you prefer more diversity.
Above you see a first sketch of the upcoming Brig, a two mast ship with a fully raised deck in the stern. I have already started working on the geometry. But this will not be the first model! For January I am going to do a Chinese building. I am still working on the right proportions for gaming. As soon as I got it locked down I will show you what I have in mind.
One thing I want to start new in 2019 is to make some smaller filler or scatter objects like crates, barrels, carts, fences or little ruins ... basic things that will add detail to any tabletop or diorama. These I will add to the Patreon for free and they will stay there (unlike the dropbox releases which I have to remove every couple of months for usage size reasons).
But now I am starting to see marzipan pigs, clover leaf charms and champagne bottles everywhere ... so it's time to get ready for the "Sylvester" celebration (New Year celebration)!!!
