Thank you all so much for your support. This means a lot to me. Both emotionally and also financially!

I have had a couple of chats that made me realize I should explain "my way" of doing Patreon so there are no wrong expectations.

I make paper models and everyone who wants to support my development is invited to join. For every month you are here, you will get rewarded with the sets I have created in that month. Some may take longer than one month. For example the Sloop last year took two months to finish so you can get only parts in one month.

Usually my sets will become available to the public one month after the release on Patreon on my regular web shops. So if you are too later for an older set you can get it there.

For the ships I have a special Kickstarter in mind for several reasons. That is why the ships have not become available yet. In the "Pirate Fleet Builder" series I always had the goal to make a large Frigate and Galleon and I want to use the KS to find out if there is enough interest. I believe a process like KS will help bring awareness of my ships to more people than I am able on my own here, thus making it more viable for me to go for the big ships (which I really want to do. I have started discussing with my girl friend about setting up the Galleon model in the living room and it would be a shame if all these discussions were for nought ;-) ). If that doesn't turn out I can still release the existing ships to public. All of this is going to happen around end of March.

If there is not enough interest for the big ships I might do them in small installments over a longer period here.

I hope this clears things up a little esp for the new ones :-)

BTW please use the community tab to express your ideas, feedback, wishes for new sets etc.

Some have asked me what I have planned for 2019 as they didn't find use for Asian sets so I will talk about my plans in one of the next posts.

So thank you all again and I'll go back to creating more!!!
