Chinese Courtyard Modules
Added 2019-01-27 08:54:03 +0000 UTCToday I want to show the modules I am going to make over time for the courtyard houses.
There are three buildings categories and then gates and walkways. For each of them there will be two variations in dimensions.
- Main (large) buildings (12x6", 8x8", pink)
- Medium buildings (8x4", 6x4", green)
- Extension (small) buildings (8x2", 6x2", blue)
- Gates (large and small, violet)
- Walkways (straight and corner, 4", yellow)
- Surrounding outer walls
To see potential layouts you can build with these I threw together a couple of sample layouts.
A large single courtyard could look like this.
I have even seen double courtyard layouts where you replicate the inner courtyard section between the green ending buildings.
For smaller layouts, check out this designs. If you want to go crazy, you can combine different courtyards into a larger town area!
So expect these modules to come out over the next months :-)
I'll go back to working on the interior of the first module, the main building!
