Brig bow section

First of all, welcome to all the new patrons! Thank you very much for your support. I do hope you will enjoy your rewards :-)

And second, I have worked on the extended bow for the figurehead section. This is an easy build. For an advanced build I would cut out the wood in the upper part for example. But this way the build is very fast and easy.

If you want you can have this net parts in between. The space is to small for a mini, so I am thinking of adding a net part on the top of this section so you can have some mini action up here :-)

A view from the water line!

And finally there is another part you can add for variety.

I have also added the textured deck details but haven't built or taken pictures so I'll show that one of the next days.

I will start adding weathering and color options and then start the "old" build. It's only one week left until the end of the month. I hope I will have the hull finished by then. Gut feeling says it might be a couple of days late until I have everything packaged up and instructions done.

Next month I will work on the capstan, the double steering wheel and of course the two mast sailing rig!

Until next time, have fun and keep building!

Chris

thank you

I'll include the cannons with the brig here on Patreon and I'll include them with the KS and later they will be available on my site.

I like the idea of the separate deck parts I built the worldworks ship and things would shift all the time. and will you be selling the cannons on your site or do we have to wait for the smaller ship thing your thinking about

I have planned the frigate and the galleon to have a lower deck with cannons. But as usual I will provide the interior of the deck as a separate part you would lay somewhere on the gaming table and not "open up" the deck. Or is that something you would like? I cannot image actual gaming when you start to take off the main deck with minis and cannons all sliding around to access the lower deck.

looks good .....will the next one have an interior/lower deck? :)
