2023-05-17 23:03:28 +0000 UTCWelcome back, Kaielle! Happy to see you are better. About the episode, it was fun, quite good, and the droid in its battle form was quite scary. It is just my opinion, but I don't think Thrawn planned for the rebels to capture the droid and reprogram it, it is quite a stretch and if your plan relies on the enemy doing something very specific and extraordinary, then perhaps it isn't a good plan. It would have been much more benefficial for the droid to succeed and actually deliver the information. But I think that Thrawn is just that good at analyzing new and unexpected situations and turning them into an advantage on the spot, which is I think even more impressive. No plan survives contact with the enemy, so being able to reevaluate a situation so quickly and so precisely is even better than having very complicated plans.

2023-05-17 04:32:24 +0000 UTCWelcome back Kaiielle! I hope that whatever you have passes soon! As far at this episode goes, I really enjoy this one. I love the idea of a Spy Droid posing as a Protocol Droid, and it has a Star Wars Nuke as a self destruct explosive😳! Like we see the regular Probe droids all the time, Kallus used them in earlier seasons, and Vader uses them in Empire Strikes Back. But THESE Infiltrator Droids are on a while mother LEVEL! I just love droids. Speaking of which it was nice to get more of Chopper and AP-5 together! Definitely an adventure of the week vibe to this episode, but as you said, it is quite plot relevant too. One of my favorite scenes in all of Rebels is when Kallus sees the other Star Destroyer just get DECIMATED! Kallus was definitely thinking a few conflicting feelings in that moment, first 😨utter shock and terror knowing that there was a high chance that might have happened on the ship he was on, and secondly as we see from his smirk 😏, impressed.
