If/when the time comes, I will likely watch whatever is most easily accessible and convenient for me, like I usually do. I'll keep this in mind though, but no guarantees.

2025-03-10 20:06:22 +0000 UTCI know that this has NOTHING to do with Firefly but with you watching this along with Agents of SHIELD (a great show btw) I think you might enjoy Buffy the Vampire Slayer as it’s also a Joss Wheaton show, if you go that route I and I’m sure the rest of the Buffy community would strongly SUGGEST you locate finding it standard definition as they completely fucked up the High Definition version of the show which is what MOST streaming services such as Disney+ use. Examples of them screwing it up are shots that originally looked as though it was night are so bright that it could be daylight sunset shot looking like a sunrise. I’d send you a link explaining it all but unfortunately there’s MASSIVE spoilers in video. I know long msg

2025-03-10 18:53:06 +0000 UTCI don't know if you noticed, but in the letter Jayne got from his mum, she thanked him for the credits he'd sent. It's one of those little backstory moments of Jayne that sometimes gets missed, but he's out there doing what he does to help his family, not for just personal profit. It's the same as his line from Jaynestown where he said "money they could use". With the whole "I just carried the bullet for a while", it goes back to the flashback at the start of the episode where Mal said "Someone's carryin' a bullet for you right now, doesn't even know it." I'm sure it'll come as no surprise that Jayne's hat is something of a fan favourite.

Every week when you update your schedule, it amazes me how much you have going on. I don't know how you do it, and if you are feeling overwhelmed, I'm not super surprised. You've got multiple movies per week, multiple TV shows ongoing, plus gaming content, and that doesn't even include editing, uploading, reading/responding to comments or anything. I know I'm only one single patron, but I support any reorganization you feel is necessary to improve or maintain your mental health. I'm sure all the other patrons will too. ✌️🤓

2025-03-08 00:24:19 +0000 UTCThis was the episode where they knew the show was cancelled, so the funeral scene took on additional poignancy for the cast. The show's composer has also said that he realised after writing the violin piece that plays during that scene that as he wrote it he was saying goodbye to the show. Might add more later - need to watch AoS now!
