Another Metro Rail station was featured in this episode. The Heritage Square station in Northeast LA shares the same name with the nearby museum.

Remember on the Firefly reactions I said that Joss Whedon will kill off beloved characters, even if they're main characters? I know you know it's possible because you kept the door open that they might kill May, but you said that you think that if they were going to kill off a major character like her, there'd be a build up. Let's just say, that's not how he's done it. When he kills off beloved characters, there's no build-up. His idea is that death mostly does come unexpectedly. Not giving any spoilers for this show, just telling you how us who'd watched his other shows felt going into this, that nothing is certain. Just trying to give you the full experience of these Whedon shows from the perspective of watching them live. Joss, I believe, created this show with his brother, but his brother and his wife are the showrunners. So, there was always a nervousness in the backs of our minds. Sweet dreams. 😁

Good to see Simmons & Radcliffe following the first rule of IT troubleshooting..."If it doesn't work, turn it off and on again". 🤣👍

A little light manslaughter on Bakshi helped the world. No harm no foul haha

Technically Jemma did 'accidentally' kill Bakshi whilst she was trying to kill Ward.

The team is still divided and Daisy is back to being alone and she is hurting both physically and emotionally 😭. On a happier note Shield is back in the public eye with Mace as the voice of Shield. Of course watching SHIELD would make you more team Cap lol. The movies didn't have time to show the negative effects of the accords so shield gets to expand and show those effects. This season just goes all out with the fight scenes and vfx. We have a weird new mystery with the senator at the end as well.

I agree with what you (and also Sean here in the comments) said; it's really great seeing Fitz constantly grow and become more and more confident and an active member of the team! I also agree with you, that John Hannah (Dr. Radcliffe) is a really fun addition to the ensemble!

So is Simmons technically a murderer now? 😂

Nice little play with the title card this episode - always fun when shows do something like that, and excluding the one-off title card for 4,722 Hours, AoS has only done something like that once before in 3x09 when they dropped the usual sound design. It's really cool how they visualise Elena's superspeed - it's quite different from other shows/movies - and the visuals of her with the glow-stick is a nice little effect. We also get a musical theme for her superspeed this episode, which I believe is new for this season - don't think we heard it in S3. A lot of reactors don't like Gabe basically kicking Daisy out of the house, but it makes perfect sense - the public knows 'Quake' as a 'vigilante who takes down banks and bridges' (as May put it in 4x01), so Gabe has no reason to believe she's a good guy, and it's clear he wants to keep 'bad' influences away from Robbie. Sucks for Daisy, but she's ultimately responsible for cultivating that image, so there's not really anything she could say to convince him otherwise. Speaking of Daisy, she really needs to take a break from using her powers and allow herself to heal - although with how self-destructive she seems whilst trying to 'atone' for Lincoln that doesn't seem likely. The pills she's been taking are to help her bones to heal, not to manage pain specifically - thinking about it, it's likely SHIELD developed them for Daisy, since it's a known risk for her (back in 2x13 she heavily fractured her bones whilst trying to control her then-new powers), plus they'd be useful anyway for 'normal' injuries. Re Fitz, he's really grown a lot more confident and comfortable since S1 - he had the smarts back then, but wasn't as good at expressing himself. I also like how AIDA is shown having to try and interpret Radcliffe's abbreviated jargon on the fly - it's a good reminder that there's a lot of context needed to accurately perform what humans consider 'simple' tasks (plus in this instance, the jargon wouldn't mean anything to most people anyway). PS. The watchdogs originated in the US

Looooooooooooooooove this season...that's a lot of 'o's.

This is a nice surprise! A 15:30 drop is definitely *much* more pleasant than the 05:15 drop last episode!
