Help me get in the Christmas spirit! 🎄✨
Added 2024-12-13 15:04:17 +0000 UTCHi everyone!
I need your help— What are your must-watch Christmas movies? The classics, the cheesy ones, the underrated gems. I'm ready to dive into some holiday magic and would love to react to your favorites.
Drop your suggestions in the comments and help me make a festive watchlist for the next 2 weeks! I'm hoping to react to at least 3 or 4 before we hit Christmas.
❄️ How It'll Work: I'll pull suggestions from this comment section for you all to vote on as we go along. Expect an up-tick in polls as we get this magical playlist going 🎬
To help with suggestions, I'll let you know which ones I've already seen and watch every year: Elf, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, The Polar Express, and all the older Claymation Classics (like Rudolph, The Year Without a Santa Claus, etc.)
Thank you! I'm looking forward to getting this holiday magic going!
✨ Kali

2024-12-13 16:51:45 +0000 UTCWhile many are enjoyable, the only one I consider absolutely must watch is It's a Wonderful Life. I think a lot of people hesitate to try it because it's very old and a little corny and they feel like they might not relate to it, but it's a powerful story about hopes and dreams, what's really valuable in life and the difference a single person can make in the right place at the right time.

2024-12-13 15:42:18 +0000 UTCScrooged (1988) is always worth a watch. It's my favorite retelling of the Charles Dickens' classic, but If you haven't seen any of them I'd say start with the 1984 TV Movie A Christmas Carol with George C Scott.

2024-12-13 15:14:30 +0000 UTCThe Man Who Saved Christmas (2002) is incredibly underrated. It's set just before and during the first World War. It's 1 hour 40 minutes and it should be on Amazon Prime video. It's about A.C. Gilbert, the inventor of the Erector Set.
