Happy September, everyone!

Summer is officially waving goodbye later this month, and before we fully step into the shifting season, I just want to thank you all for adventuring with me during our Summertime Vibes series. From the dino-chaos of Jurassic Park to the swashbuckling journey alongside Captain Jack Sparrow to our rom-com finale with 50 First Dates.. It's been an unforgettable summer! I hope you all had as much fun on this adventure as I did 🍿✨

Here's what we're jumping into this week!

🚀 Battlestar Galactica: Season 2 - Episodes 19 & 20 (Season Finale!)
Another finale is here! After last week's mind-bending "Downloaded" episode that I'm still trying to wrap my head around, I actually can't wait to see how this one wraps up.
📌 Just a mini heads up: I'll be taking a one-week breather from BSG after this finale, so anyone who needs to catch up will have time before we launch back in with Season 3!

✨ Andor: Season 1 - Episode 7
I'm keeping it light this week so I don't burn out (again LOL) because as much as I'd love to rip through this show faster than the Millennium Flacon making the Kessel run, I really want to savor it as well. Next week we'll dive back into that 3 episode chunk!

Thank you all for the votes! I'm very excited y'all picked another Tom Cruise film. I did notice that A Few Good Men was a close runner-up and many of you mentioned I need to watch it eventually. So, I'll put it on the 'nearby' watchlist!

We're wrapping up our Summertime Vibes with this silly rom-com before opening the door to crisp autumn air and spooky season chills. Thank you for joining me this summer!


Some Updates/Notes:

📌👻 Later this week I'll be making an official post asking for Thriller/Horror/Spooky movie recommendations! Get your brainstorming list started with some of your best spooky picks. I think I'm getting better at handling these kinds of movies? But we will see!

📌🍿 Superhero Timeline Update! I hit pause on the superhero movies just for this week while YouTube catches up. But next week I'll be diving right back in! In the meantime, I'm working behind the scenes on that graphic timeline I mentioned a few weeks ago. I've been working with one of my amazing mods to blend together the MCU, DCU, X-Men and Batman films into one continuous watch order. It's a bit of a working puzzle, but it's been really fun figuring it out. I'll be sharing it with you all over the weekend!

Here's to a magical first week of September! Even though the watchlist is a bit lighter this week, it's just so that I can plan/recharge and get ready for the amazing things I have lined up this month! I can't wait to experience them all with you.
