🍿 This Week's Schedule! 🍂

It's officially the first cozy week of Fall! ✨🍂 Autumn candles have been lit, blankets have been piled up in all the cozy corners of my home, and I'm buying more muffins LOL. I'm excited to kick off the season with some movies, stories, and cozy community time!

🍿 This Week's Movie Lineup:

‣ Se7en (1995): Yes, this is the runner-up spooky pick! I know The Sixth Sense was officially the winner, but since some of you sweet souls were worried it might've been spoiled for me, I'll be saving it for NEXT October. Don't worry, I will have definitely forgotten whatever spoiler hapened by then (even though I feel like I still don't know what everyone is talking about haha, but I appreciate the concerns). For now, we get to enjoy Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt in this spooky mystery setting!

‣ Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021): Our next stop on the superhero odyssey! After how much I unexpectedly loved the first Venom, I'm actually excited to see what kind of chaos Tom Hardy brings this time.

‣ Tropic Thunder (2008): To balance out the thrills, I'm tossing in another highly recommended comedy! Spooky season doesn't mean every week has to be shivers so I'm trying to balance it out for those not interested in the scary stories. I won't do this every week, but it's been fun laughing more each week hehe. Plus the cast in this looks absolutely STACKED!

📚 Middle-Leaf Book Club Begins!

Our community book club has officially opened its round doors (On Frodo and Bilbo's birthday, no less 🙀). This week we'll be reading Chapters 1-4 together. I'll be posting the first prompt soon to officially kick us off, but in the meantime I already posted an introduction post at the top of the chat feed. I'm very excited to start this journey and the enthusiasm in the chat so far has seriously warmed my soul!

‣ Battlestar Galacica Season 3 is on a break through October. This gives me space to breathe, avoid burnout, and wrangle the copyright cylons over on YouTube. Our fleet will take off again in November!
