here's what an empty sheet looks like
And a filled in one!
I've made an easy to edit Clip Studio Paint file, and I also went ahead and made both a png version with white and transparent background, which you can color in yourself in any any art program!
You should be able to download all three from this post 🩷
These are totally free to use, and you can share these with friends if you want. All I ask is that you don't remove the credit or put these up for mass download somewhere public online!
