Making this scene up as I go...I'm thinking a luxury brothel called the dollhouse? The pleasure girls (and boys?) wear masks, the seniors having ones that cover their whole face (but with detachable lower half), while the apprentices wear ones that leave their mouth uncovered, but their privates are locked away from use instead...I don't know, food for thought!
