Changes to my delivery and the Tiers

Hi all,

Well like any agile project, I implemented the first iteration of my tier setup, watched it, reviewed it, and found it lacking regarding my future requirements.

So I have decided I need to shift to allow for increase in Patreons.

My main driver for this is that my present system is suffering issues with the types of renders I am now doing and the capability of Daz3d. I am finding the limitations being hit far too often and it is slowing me down a lot.

The present system is limiting me to only a few characters on the screen at any time, and reduced complexity of scenes, and I also have to downgrade a lot of textures to allow it to render in my present card. Example of this is a bar scene in SRU The Body Suit which has stopped me doing anymore on that for now without me having to rethink the whole scene/story-line :(

Like any Agile Project, I will be tweaking and changing with continuous improvements and making the tiers even better as time goes forward.

This new iteration will start from next week forward (14th October NZ Time)

The New Stuff

I will be doing multiple comics at any time (at least two at a time)
There will be one active large multiple piece which will be multi-monthly comic (for example SRU Body Suit Saga #4) - (Monday, Wednesday, Friday NZ Time)
There will be at least one smaller transformation sequences every month that will be completed within the month and between 10-15 pages - (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday NZ Time)
Patreon releases will be in Panel Format (One panel per scene), public releases will be two Panels per Pages.
The Monthly Sequence Comic will be suggested and voted on by my Patreons (see more on Monthly Sequence Comic in detail section of this post)
Voted on Monthly comics will be done the month after voting has been completed.
Tier $20 and $50 will increase in available numbers after I have tested to make sure it works correctly and doesn't put too much pressure on me.
Comics released (other than Tier 20, 50) could be paid comics once publicly released. This will be identified at the start of each comic.
Public comics will have sexual content/elements censored. Paid and Patreon comics will have full sexual content available.
Some Patreon Material will never be published public.

The Tiers

The tiers will now be made up of:
- $1 will get:
  - Will get early releases of the Main Comic publications (Monday, Wednesday, Friday NZ Time)
- $5 will get $1 (and rules) plus
  - Daily panel releases 6 times a week (Monday - Saturday NZ Time)
  - Will get access to both the Main Comic and the Monthly Sequence Comic (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday)
  - Able to get one vote for the Monthly Sequence Comic
- $7 will get $1,$5 (and rules) plus
  - Be able to supply suggested Transformation Topic for the Monthly Sequence Comic
  - Able to get one vote for the Monthly Sequence Comic
- $10 will get $1,$5,$7 (and rules) plus
  - Image only Panels supplied at the end of each month at 150DPI
  - Higher resolution 150DPI for each panel released in the month. Which will only be available for the month then removed (I don't have the space to store all these since Pooled reality is 350meg by itself!)
  - Able to get two votes for the Monthly Sequence Comic
- $20 (limited to 1) will get $1,$5,$7,$10 (and rules) plus
  - Able to request one panel per month that will be supplied at the start of end of each month.
  - It will be my desecration if that can be done based on limitations and skill.
  - It is suggest you communicate with me before you commit to this so you are not disappointed.
  - The renders of these will be posted on Patreon for other people to see.
  - This level requires work from the person requesting it, and does require a bit of an outline to the story so that I can make sure it is possible to do as required if they are wanting to make a comic. If just a single Panel portrait, just explaining what is required for that panel is enough (or supplying picture examples)
  - Good level for small comic, or just portraits.
  - Able to get two votes for the Monthly Sequence Comic
- $50 (limited to 1) will get $1,$5,$7,$10 (and rules) plus
  - They can they request three panels per month that will be supplied at the end of each month.
  - Good level for people wanting to do a small to medium comic.
  - Able to get two votes for the Monthly Sequence Comic

Changes to Present Comics

I will start publishing Panel release daily starting from tomorrow.
The Monthly Sequence Comic will start next month, however suggestions will be from now until the 19th, and then voting for the rest of the month.
Pooled Reality and Wandering Tavern Inn are both classed as "Large Comics" and therefore will continue to be supplied to all Tiers
Pooled reality will only be supplied to Public as the Comic Format, however a Panel Format will be available to Tier $5+ once I have converted it, and will be a paid comic outside of Patreon.
Both Pooled Reality and Wandering Tavern Inn will be supplied in Higher Resolution and Image Only Format, but I have to retro-fix the already rendered work into that format, so it won't be until Next Month they are released. They will be released to all just to say thanks to everyone who has supported me so far :)

More Details

Patreon vs Free Comics

Patreon will be able to get the material on a daily (or weekly depending on Tier) bases.
Not all material is going to be free release
Free comics will have all sexual content censored.
Free comics will be published a few months after they are completed.
Free comics will be the same resolution of daily comic release, but will not get the high resolution release or the Image Only Release

Patreon vs Patreon Comics

Patreon will be able to get (depending on Tier) High Resolution PNG at 300DPI of comics vs Paid comics will be High Resolution PDF only.
Paid comics are only published when the comic is completed, plus a couple of months
Paid comics may or may not include the Image Only Panels
Paid comics will include sexual content uncensored

Voting on Monthly Sequence Comic

Tier $7 up can suggest topics for the Monthly Sequence Comic, and then vote on them. Two weeks on the first month will be suggestions (added to the Message Topic Post or sent to my privately), and last two weeks will be voting on all suggested topics.
Suggestion and voting on Monthly Sequence Comic will be done the month prior the month it will be released. This gives time for all people in the Tiers to have the chance to suggest and then vote.
You are only make one suggestion per month, but it can be the same one each month.
The highest voted on will be the one I will do.
If there is multiple high voted, I will pick the one to do, but the not completed ones will go into the same months, with the same amount of votes it had.
If the suggestion is on a topic I do not wish to render I will let the person know to do another one
Suggestions should include:
- Type of the Transformation (i.e: Man is changed into a mermaid)
- How the transformation is started (i.e: The man finds a magical shell on the beach)
- Clothing Transformation or not (i.e: His clothing disappears as he is changing)
- Mental Alteration or Not (i.e: The man jumps into the water and forgets he was a man)
- Sexual Content or not (i.e: You see his penis changing)

Limitations for Monthly Sequence Comic and Personal Requests

There are some limitations with some of the "mid transformation" scenes - clothing morphing into other clothing isn't something that is really possible in DAZ3D, but can be "post worked" on, but I do have limited skill. The same goes for hair from one style to another.
Must be possible to complete the transformation in 10-15 pages (unless personal sequence and that is up to you for as long as you fund it)
Topics off limits (but not limited to)
- AR below 18
- Animal Transformations
- Bestiality
- Incest (before or post transformation)
- Rape
- Vorarephilia (Vore)
- Water Play
- Anything else I feel not comfortable to do (I will let you know)
I will always let you know if there is something that is going to cause me issues, and work with you to see if we can compromise a way forward. This is why it is EXTREMELY important you chat to me before you pick the Tier 20 or 50.

Parts that might change as they are under review

I will probably increase the amount of Panels I can release. It will depend on my graphic card and the behaviour of my computer. Once I have managed to replace the graphic card I know I can do a lot more panels per week.
I might add more open slots to Tier 20 and 50, but until I am sure of the possible through put I don't want to disappoint people
I might add another Tier (100) which will allow for custom comic panels done, that are not supplied to Patreon but private for the users to publish themselves (either free or paid).
