But I've registered that it took me only 2-3 hours for the sketch, lineart, base colour and base render! So that's better than before, though I still need to train
I also kind of cheated by having my body and room as a reference for a more dynamic perspective (￣ヮ￣)┌ I hope to draw faster this way and learn more

Oh yeah, most likely. I was trying to make sense of my own posing and there’s double perspective of both the calves and thighs xd

2024-09-25 07:59:41 +0000 UTCI meant that the main process took around 2-3 hours, I unfortunately couldn’t tell how long the rendering took. Maybe also around that time, so the work is probably closer to 5-6 hours, not sure xd

2024-09-25 07:58:57 +0000 UTCTo use yourself as a reference is totally okay. If you are not sure how to draw a pose, then you either use a live model, or some photo. So there's nothing wrong to use yourself as that model. Back then when I used to draw, I constantly used my own hands as a reference. P.S. that background really adds to the atmosphere 👍

If it helps you improve, then I feel like it's fine and not cheating at all. 2-3 hours for this amount of work is amazing in my book. Keep up the great work! 👍

2024-09-24 18:58:22 +0000 UTCI love it! Gives us a nice frontal view of everything (😏) in a different way. It also really helps it feel like a "moment" in life, rather than your usual model-like/pinup poses (which I still love. Variety is just good to have.)
