There are essentially no changes to Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Tier 3 now includes intermediate products of themed mini-games each month.
In the final month of the current theme, Tier 3 will receive an additional complete mini-game related to that theme. (For the sake of fairness, character rewards given in the last month are usually fewer. I believe this is a reasonable rule.)
