Simple answer: Yes.
The weapon will be a lot more powerful and not as useless as it was within Black Ops 2. This time, players will want to acquire the weapon as much as possible.

I mean I feel it was already powerful enough the issue it had was the breaking aspect but as in power it was always really strong
