Oh thanks for that. We are not aware of Sync. We will try to use that. And we also want patrons to speak freely on things you want rather than us implement things and give policies without you knowing it. We would want to hear what you have to say as always and we are open for suggestions and improvements. Thank you very much for this, Dean.

I think the issue is having different tiers in the one download link. I can see it causing you guys issues as more patreons come with more people wanting different things. It would probably be easier for you just to create one tier with all the files and maybe a merchant tier. Several patreons use Sync.com to send out their files and it seems to work fine. Also it may help to add a title to the months files so to make it easy for people to track if they have downloaded everything. As things pick up and you get more backers keeping things simple will be a bonus. I’ve seen a few Patreons that started out good, as they got more popular the google drive couldn’t keep up with downloads and the more people that joined the more questions/problems and general wants occur. If you start out simple and straight forward it means people who like to moan will have less chance to. Please don’t take this as me moaning. Just want to give you the heads up about things that have caused other creators issues.

Just reading Danny's comment, what scale are these? They're lovely sculpts. If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion. Could you re-think the download method? I know it doesn't sound like much but having to download three different files is a bit of a pain in the a@$e. For example. I have created a Clay Cyanide file. In that I have created a file for the monthly downloads, "01 April 2020". In that I have to put three separate zip files, which I have to open two further sub files just to see which minis are in the file. To print them I will then have to un-zip them and create more files. I would appreciate it being one download file straight into what is in the file. It could be something that will put people off. Also I think a lot of Patreon 3D creators moved away from google drive as it was causing more headaches for them.
