2020-07-13 03:36:04 +0000 UTCThere is such a distinct lack of good egyptian fantasy out there.

2020-07-11 03:58:15 +0000 UTCNorse Mythology would be super nice :) Like to se your spin on Odin, Thor, Midgard, Loki, Balder and some of the creatures fighting in Ragnarok.

2020-07-08 18:01:26 +0000 UTCExactly why they should do D&D. They're unique and will destroy the competition. Their April models speak volumes.
2020-07-08 06:33:38 +0000 UTCcan't agree with this . clay cyanide is unique unlike others that has the same dnd releases everymonth just reposes of old characters

2020-07-07 23:15:12 +0000 UTCI'm up to my ears in Japanese items. A different Asian culture would be lovely.

2020-07-06 04:34:06 +0000 UTCI proposed Norse but I certainly can see the logic of stuff for the table in D&D style and also like the suggestion of alternating. Iโm in no rush to see the mythologies but can I suggest if you do the tabletop stuff, and I think you should, it should be the races you donโt see as much. There is a slew of Dwarves, Elves and Humans (Although maybe not in your great style). Dragonborn, Goliath, Firbolg, Centaur, etc... could use some love. Although it doesnโt look like it can win this time, Iโm switching my vote to Dragonborn.

2020-07-03 12:44:18 +0000 UTCI display and play so I'm getting the best of both worlds. I'm just concerned that due to the mythology topic over months may put people off, not many of the models will be used by D&D gamers. I'm sure a conversation could be had with a dm to introduce such characters, but that may be difficult, especially if the dm has created a specific world. I'd just like to see Clay Cyanide be a place to go for all tastes and needs and not stuck on one genre. Therefore a poll with mythology one month and D&D like models the next maybe? I'm sure people will agree and disagree, these are just my thoughts. Plus most designers place emphasis on a cartoon type modelling of the usual D&D stuff. I'm new to Clay Cyanide and I'm blown away by the detail and realism, I'd like to see this in D&D models. Sorry to hijack this thread ๐ I'll shut up now ๐๐ป
2020-07-03 09:36:58 +0000 UTCYou explained it perfectly!
2020-07-03 07:11:09 +0000 UTCAs much as I agree, I must disagree at the same time. We have had a mythological theme, which has been fantastic, however consideration must be given to those that wanted the theme promoted in Clay Cyanides title, which is miniatures similar to D&D. To keep everybody happy, I would alternate every month between a mythological theme to D&D, otherwise people are going to be left with a raft of mini's they can't use in game, albeit they can be displayed. Plus, Clay Cyanides modelling is far better than most others who supply D&D minis and far more realistic. Maybe I'm missing the point and Clay Cyanide is about producing display pieces rather than playable pieces. Either way I'm happy with either, I just don't want people leaving due to a lack of D&D type models. I suppose that's what the poll is for.
2020-07-03 05:45:43 +0000 UTCClay Cyanide, you are unique, so please do not give in to the temptation of producing the same DND stuff as everyone else. If people are looking for dwarves and goblins and dragonborn, there is already plenty out there! But what Clay Cyanide is providing is different, so by all means go for Japanese/Oriental/Indian/Egyptian/Zodiac etc that nobody else does...

2020-07-03 00:19:06 +0000 UTCThey are all fantastic options, even if my dragonborns are falling behind!! :)

2020-07-02 21:32:50 +0000 UTCIndian mythology would be great (Garuda, Asura, Naga's, a lot of gods...). Not a lot on that theme around to be found!

2020-07-02 20:03:19 +0000 UTCHave yet to see much for Egyptian Fantasy/Gods and I think your take on them would be incredible. We can always use more Japanese models as well
