Given the song covers being a much welcome surprise audiobooks and such sounds like an awesome idea! Im not sure how much different it is for YouTube v Patreon but it getting copyright can be a b. Seems like you've come a long way from when this was recorded so keep up the amazing work!

2021-11-10 07:23:28 +0000 UTCI agree the whole listener/VA dynamic can get pretty dicey. I was lucky and found a VA’s discord where the environment is super welcoming. Ironically, the vast majority of that discord is about everything BUT the VA. It’s become more a space for gaming and people hanging out. That’s not to say we don’t talk about nsfw stuff. We very much do. But the main purpose of the discord has been for the community to hang out, and the VA pops in to hang out when she has the time. I’m not sure how rare it is to find a good discord like that, but if you’re nervous about expanding your server, I totally understand.

I've watched creators throwing fits over the stupidest things like little spoiled tyrants. Love to see someone who isn't looking for that.
