I got diagnosed with ADHD when I was thirty and ready to crash and burn. I changed a lot. Lost 60 pounds and some people along the way. I learned that those who support you are much like gardeners. They give me shit but also trim my branches so I will grow. By the time I found my spot in the sun and flowered, I understand that I needed to 'outgrow' them because I needed the sun to survive. Supporting is different to buying a product. The care you put into your product is genuine and I feel that in some way that is why we resonate with it so much. In some way your characters actually care for the listener. I feel that if you keep that care in your product, nobody will actually be mad about you outgrowing us at some point. Can't be mad at someone for caring. As long as that care still hits the spot, I'll be perving and lurking in the background and if it doesn't, I'll still appreciate you for the time you helped me get through a rough time from a distance. You got this!

As much as it sucks, you won’t be able to please everyone but who needs them salty assholes when you’ve got a hella tight community who are with you all the way. You may be producing newer content and over time that’ll change but that just means you have so many more ways to help people. You’re still the same alekirser you were when you started, just on the rise now. And change can be scary with all these new ventures and projects but you are stupid smart and hella passionate for what you do. No matter what it is you will succeed. I feel like you know this but you can’t please everyone, but I want you to know that most of your community especially those who support you regardless of what type of content creation you do are happy with anything you do. It’s mind-boggling how much of a hard worker you are from music, streams, production, voice-acting, sound design, and writing. You are a versatile flower. The more you bloom, the more you create memorable experiences for everyone. Don’t restrict yourself from creating or doing different things; it’s healthy to want to explore as a creative. As an artist, let that canvas be splattered with paint. As a community, we are all going to find something to enjoy and come back to.

I don't have any experience in the field of content creation, audio creation, let alone streaming, but your explanation makes sense to me. I cannot imagine what a daunting task it is having to manage all three of those outlets. From the expectations to the balance of positivity, I can only imagine the amount of pressure and overwhelming anxiety it can cause. All of the work you have done, and all the work that continues to get done, it's all progress towards something greater. The community that you have built is unlike any other I have ever witness nor had the honor of being a part of. The wankies are friendly, community-oriented, and truly some of the most special people I've gotten the chance to meet. And to think I would have never known them nor the amazing interests they have if not for you, Ally. You have brought us all together. You have given us all a place to call home and a place where we feel connected, safe, and free to share love and care to one another. It's through your hard work that we have an amazing team of mods and team to help repay the debt we owe you. And, for what it's worth, please don't forget that you are not alone in this. You have a spectacular audience that will simp for you in an instant (in the best of ways haha) and will support you in the decisions you make. We also serve as a form of "feedback", so that, in the event that something doesn't go well, we're here to help and we are here to remind you to never give up nor let it discourage you from continuing doing right. Your community is a forgiving bunch, and though no person is perfect and flawless in their choices, your audience gives you full support and full mercy. In my closing words, I suppose the main takeaway I want you to know from me personally is that your apology, though not needed, is appreciated because it shows us as your audience how sensitive and caring you are as our Dragon Princess. It shows you really care about what you do and how you do it, and that, to me, goes a long way. I want to remind you that you have this grand commute of people and an excellent team to help you. You are not alone in this, even if it can feel like it at times. The fact you made this and feel the way you do tells more than anything. It shows how much you care about everything you do and the passion you have for it all. Everyone grows over time and things change, and that's ok, you don't have to apologize. 2023-07-03 01:16:09 +0000 UTCI don't know exactly what you're alluding to, but I do know that as someone whose corporate career has led them down a path of being responsible for more and more people (though certainly not as many as a popular content creator), there are days when what you said resonates with me a lot. When I asked my mentors for advice for how to deal with this, they told me: a) To even be worried about this kind of thing demonstrates a level of emotional intelligence that likely means people know and appreciate that you care so much. That goes a long way towards helping them understand where a leader's influence ends and other's begins. It's obvious how much you invest in us wankies! So, if we are reasonable people, then we'll understand when things don't always go our way. b) People are far more resilient than you think. Even if they may express anger, frustration, or pain, in reality, setbacks are rarely long-lasting in impact. As a boss, there are often no perfect decisions, or even great ones. Part of leadership is growing confident and comfortable with how your decision shape the world, sometimes never even being able to tell even in hindsight what the true impact of them were. We can trick ourselves into thinking the counterfactual would have been better, but just because it has the luxury of staying in the clean Platonic abstract.

No matter where we fall on the spectrum we support everything you do. It's impossible to be perfect, and like you said, you can't control everything. What you can control is the slice of internetosphere that we refer to as Alekirser, and each supporter that you have is 1 more point in the pile that shows that the public supports what you choose to do with that slice❤️

I know there are people who probably prefer one or the other but I think a lot of your fans love your style in all types of content. I also think you are infinitely more aware of changes to your content releases and changes in frequency or type of content, than even your biggest fan. This audio surprised me because I hadn’t even noticed a change in the past few months. And no matter what happens with alekirser you’re still you. Sun still comes out. There’s still fresh air. Life will be good.
