なお、抽選はあくまで私がリクエストをコントロール可能な形を保つために行っているものであり、2ヶ月連続で落選するような下振れが起きることは望んでいません（今月も同じペースとすると、6%くらいで2回連続で外します）。そのため、今回落選された方については、優先的に10月分に割り当てようと考えています。
今回の応募総数は20件で、当選15件・落選5件でした。

Please note that the lottery is conducted solely to keep the number of requests at a manageable level. I do not want unfavorable outcomes such as someone missing out twice in a row (with the current pace, the probability of that happening is around 6%). Therefore, those who were not selected this time will be given priority for the October slots.
