If you found this page today or have been on this musical journey with me for a while, I thank you, welcome you and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m spending Christmas Day on my own this year, I thought it would be much sadder, more lonely than it is but I’ve spent the day moving forward - being mindful of the things that make me happy! Redecorating, listening to music, journaling, enjoying my own presence. There’s a lot to be grateful for and this lovely, kind community is one of them. I think I’m realising I’m dipping my toe into a more honest and emotional version of myself and I implore you to do the same.

This journey of self discovery has only just begun and has been a long time coming. I have spent TOO many years “grinding” and some of you know my story already there’s been incredible highs and so many lows but the footnotes are: Since 16 everything in life has been on hold for music… it has not been a healthy road, lack of life experiences, loss of friendships, loss of family and failed relationships. I’m sharing this with you today of all days not for a pity party or anything of the like but because January can often be a time when everybody goes into overdrive mode. “Starting from Jan, I’ll be releasing music everyday…” and words to that effect. I just want you to know that it’s such a long road and January is STILL the winter season, days are only just beginning to get longer, there’s absolutely no reason for you to go as “HAM” as you think you need to. You are only in competition with yourself, take it slow and enjoy the journey and please, please enjoy it in a healthy way!

Anyway - that’s enough ramble from me!
