The beginning of a new story!
Added 2023-09-24 06:43:53 +0000 UTCHi, everybody! My name is Woundead. I'm an adult visual novel developer and I'd like to introduce you to my first project called Reborn.
The idea of creating this game (and learning the craft) started a few years ago, but my computer was so weak that it couldn't handle even basic scenes in the renderer. After upgrading my hardware (not top notch, but it works), I immediately started developing the game. Learning and mastering the programs was not easy, but I managed. I genuinely loved this class and I intend to see it through to completion.
Now, as for the game itself Reborn.
It's a story about a young man who is found on the street as a child by his future guardian. The new family is poor and lacks any status. But the protagonist still manages to get into an elite college for the rich (Yes, there are plenty of college stories, but you can never have enough of them). Due to the poverty of his guardians, he is forced to work his entire teenage years and doesn't attend school. So how did he manage to get in? That's what you'll find out in the game.
You will also have to find out why he ended up on the streets. What happened to his real parents and how he will be able to survive among the society of rich people who have never known what poverty is. Will he make friends? Love? Everything will depend only on the decisions you make.
Episode 1 is now in its final stages. Beta tests will be held within a week. It is also necessary to finalize the interface of the novel and some mechanics of the game.
Release date will be announced next week.
