Render scenes are the most time-consuming process. I try to minimize the load on the video card as much as possible, but I never sacrifice image quality. I want the characters in my story to be as lifelike as possible. So I will spend as much time on rendering as necessary. This is a VISUAL novel after all. And the eyes should enjoy the picture too.
Hopefully, in the near future I will be able to upgrade my computer and thus speed up the rendering.
