REBORN: Status Update Act 2


The latest development news…

It's been quite an interesting week. I've completely figured out animation in other software. But the following crap happened - the renderer displays not accurate colors of characters and environment. All because Daz3d uses Iray renderer and Blender uses its own. And it's quite unpleasant. The scene is noticeably different in different software. Accordingly, and in the game, the transition between static images and animation will be very noticeable. I would not like it very much...

Most likely it can be solved if you finalize the materials in Blender, but it will take a fucking long time. And without these edits, the characters look a bit like dolls (plastic).

And then the question became: What to choose?

Make more realistic animation, but sacrifice the realism of the picture?

Or keep the colorfulness and originality, but the animation will be as in the first episode?

Of course, thanks to the experience gained, the animation in Daz will also be great. I promise you that.

There was just a desire to make animation like in 3D 18+ videos in Blender. And yes, it is possible.

I have one idea how to make upgrade animation in Daz. I'll give it a try.

The story renderer is well underway.

There are a couple of scene animations at the moment.

Last time I talked about one thing I wanted to tell you about today, if they work out. It's 97% completed successfully so far. I think I'll let you know the outcome of it one of these days.
