REBORN: Status Update Act 2

The latest development news...

Hi, everybody! It's time for another report, let's go!

So, a lot has been done in the past week. I've been busy with animations and I can say with certainty that I will finish them by the next development news. One of them is being rendered now. The animations were complicated from the point of view of physics of the figure's movement. I did the dance. Yes, yes, you will see dancing characters in the second act. Yes, there will be several. To be honest, I really enjoyed doing it, even though it's quite difficult. Calculating the vibrations of different body parts took a lot of head work, huh. Ideally I'd like to make a long animation of a full dance, but at the current moment it's just not possible, otherwise it would take a week (maybe more).

Also, I've been doing static shots. I kept noticing that I was smiling during this process. And I can see why. This part of the story is pretty funny and entertaining. Well, I think it is. I hope you get the same impression of this part of the game.

Wrote some code to see the dynamics of the scene. It was important for me to understand the organicity of what's happening in the current moment and I'm more than satisfied. Of course, there were some edits. I've already made some additional renders of some finished scenes to complete the picture. There was a lot of frame processing, I spent about 4 hours in total.

I finally managed to buy myself a normal monitor for work! 34 diagonal! Yay! Now it is more pleasant to work and easier on the eyes. Thank you for your support!

Well, that's all for now. I'm jumping in to work on the game with two feet. I feel energized. That's great!
