I forgot to add: I thought the animal you spoke of was a Sugar Glider or Pocket (Flying) Squirrel - both very cute. But a Liger is pretty much my favorite animal!

Good luck house hunting, glad you're not under a time pressure like I was (I like my house but they didn't tell me the truth about the flooding in the basement).
