11 ways D&D players can help DMs

In tomorrow's video, I talk about the concept of "player jobs" and how players can take on some of the responsibilities that traditionally fall to DMs in order to make gameplay smoother, and perhaps stay more engaged in the game! Check it out on YouTube.

11 ways D&D players can help DMs

hi im 18 years old girl and posting my unfiltered exclusive photos you can join me

I definitely agree with this list and I love the video. Very insightful and has some great ideas that I may send to my current DM when the video goes up on YouTube. As a player and DM I often help with rules where required and help look up thangs neither the DM nor I know. This helps keep game play moving, especially when we jump the gun and decide to try and fight a CR 7+ NPC and their 8+ “minions” when the group of three players (with the help of a few NPc’s) is barely level 3. I don’t know how we didn’t die but I made the decision to change characters so we have a healer in the party. I think I am actually the only player who takes notes in our group so that is kind of my job though I usually tailoring it to be information my character knows, omitting anything that seems irrelevant or unimportant in the moment. After visiting one of the players who lives less that 2 hours from me and seeing them not taking notes, I have been omitting less and less to ensure that someone has the information we need because our DM has no problem refusing to tell us something if we’ve forgotten.
