Coldsnap Riverling

This is the "coldsnap riverling," one of the monsters I created for my D&D in a Castle campaign. (I originally called them "frostfrights," but that never felt quite right, so they've been given a brand new name!) These are basically reskinned hellhounds with a few borrowed or completely new features, all in a cute otter-shaped package.
I'll be publishing my D&D in a Castle campaign eventually, but since it will probably take several months to write and polish, I decided to start a little email list where folks can get notified when it's finally available. To encourage sign-ups, I'm giving out the coldsnap riverling stat block for free when you sign up.
I won't be promoting the list until Monday, but if you'd like to sign up early, it's all set up and functional here! The stat block should go to your email directly after sign-up.

2023-07-23 02:03:17 +0000 UTCAhhh I love the sort of naming convention that lends itself to a theme or implicit wider lore. Like these are Coldsnap Riverlings, but in a different adjacent biome there may be Hightide Riverlings or Vinelands Riverlings. Cute critters, too.
