Building a lich’s lair

Oh! I lied!! The little squirrel skeleton was new for this video, because I felt like I needed a third animal skeleton 😂 everything else was from my prop collection!

2023-10-22 02:49:55 +0000 UTCI didn't buy anything new specifically for this set, but sometimes I do purchase items for specific purposes! Most of my props I either luck into at a thrift store, or stumble across at stores or on Facebook Marketplace. At this point I have a pretty good idea of what sorts of props are useful over and over, so I'm a lot more likely to be able to justify a purchase like, for example, the little stone bird statue (a Halloween product from Home Depot a few years back) or the throne (a Craigslist find), knowing that I'll have plenty of places to use them!

2023-10-22 02:49:04 +0000 UTCThis is really well done. I am frequently impressed how you can take props / decor and reuse them in different settings that have totally different vibes. I'm curious when and how you've collected all the props you used for this (and for your other videos). Are these things you've collected over time (what I'm assuming is most likely) or requisition through purchase / rent when a project arises? Where do you typically find these pieces (thifting, box stores, other)?
