You have until January 5 to submit your answers. It should take somewhere in the realm of 10-25 minutes, depending on what tier you're in and how much feedback you'd like to share.
This survey is really important for me as I evaluate how Patreon did this year, and what sorts of changes I'm going to make for 2024! I've been creating on Patreon for seven years next month, and one of the reasons it's been so effective for so long is that it doesn't need to stay the same. I'm always working to make sure that Patreon evolves alongside all the other parts of my work — and your thoughts help me do that.
