2023-03-13 20:03:42 +0000 UTCThank you!! Not to wax poetic too much about it, but I appreciate that the game made the “alien” races just genetically modified humans. Tynan could have gone the pure alien route, but he chose to have it grounded in something more relatable to all of us. So, that framework gives me a lot to build on - all humans kinda want the same thing - community, food, shelter, and security. So then I get to sit there and think about what that means for different xenotypes based on physical traits and general location/societal role. I didn’t want these to come off like xenotypes were an “other”, but just another facet of people. Hopefully that comes through!
