Thanks, Robert, and it is pretty cool to hear you've been using that simple syrup recipe from some of my first cocktail articles. And yes, I will be doing some cocktail videos, and I finally have an idea to make them more interesting, so it will be 15 cocktails that shaped my career and the stories behind them. Watching the one on making simple syrup is what caused me to join your Patron group. Near the end you mentioned your journey into the cocktail world began with an article you wrote for the "Journal of the American Cocktail." Hearing that, I pulled out "The Mixologist" and found I had finally met the person whose simple syrup recipe I have been using since 2005. Always wanted to say how interesting the article was and thank the author for it. I hope you will be doing more cocktail videos.
