Video Set Construction
Added 2022-12-20 18:25:59 +0000 UTCA little behind the scenes look at the new video set. This section is for cocktails and brewing/distillation. I find most cocktail making videos boring, though Kevin Kos makes excellent and stylish videos. It is repetitive and most people know the basic history of most cocktails, so to be different I plan on telling you 15 stories on how cocktails changed my life. I’ve been lucky enough to travel a lot for drink events/conferences, so these stories always have something interesting to go with the recipe.
Also, there will be some brewing and distilling in the future. When making soda I go through a lot of alcohol, mostly trial and error, before I publish a video. Buying alcohol is expensive and in Canada availability of things like Everclear is non-existent. So, while I make the necessary ingredients for the soda content I might as well share how I make it.
Then there is the option of making a low alcohol beer concurrently while distilling grain, so I’ll be doing that as well. Don’t worry though, there will always be soda content because that is one area in the public realm that has barely been explored. There are currently 156 soda related videos in my production list. So a few more years of content.

2022-12-23 19:59:39 +0000 UTCI don't have a list of soda bottle manufacturers yet. So many of them are plastic that most places make them on-site because shipping empty bottles take up so much space an weighs almost nothing. If I find a good source I'll post it.
