Quick Update: Course & Beyond
Added 2024-03-10 13:37:16 +0000 UTCThe Flavour Development for Beverages course is almost complete. It should be available by next Monday, March 18, subject to change. It consists of 33 lessons, 30 with videos, and 4 quizzes. I need to redo a video on Emulsions to explain things better, specifically how to use them in beverages. This area can be vital if you lack access to high-proof alcohol.
Some of the delays in getting the course out have been implementing the website, which you can check out at Flavour & Beverage Development, and doing all the little things needed when setting up an e-commerce platform. I'm working on it today, so if you check it out, you will see some boilerplate stuff and rough text that will all get updated.
This will be a "living course," so as questions and comments roll in once it is released, I will make updates, and then anyone enrolled in the course will get an email notification about the updates. This course is a foundation course that should disrupt the current world of beverage development.
Once the course is running smoothly, I'll start making some YouTube videos again. Still, the priority will be working on Flavour Zone, as that information is essential for beverage development. If the course sales go well, I can direct some of the income to outsource data entry of compound and formula data and create a formulating app that acts like an app where you can save formulas, etc. Those are the goals, but they depend on the course being reasonably successful.
