This character’s name is Lidea, and she is the top leader of a mafia group engaged in criminal trade agreements with R.T.N. (I haven’t decided on the gang’s name yet).

Lidea has a special ability that allows her to permanently brainwash others by staring into their eyes for 5 seconds within a distance of 2 feet. This power makes R.T.N. trust her. The R.T.N. organization is fairly trustworthy in the city of Identina, so they set a condition with Lidea: R.T.N. would agree to sell prisoners to her to do as she pleased, as long as she promised to brainwash each prisoner thoroughly.

In the very first part of the storyline, Lidea isn’t overseeing her gang’s operations, causing one of her subordinates to make a mistake by selling a pink-eared young man to a famous snake-like model with orange scales, simply because she offered a higher price than usual.

In the third part of the story, we see that Lidea is an influential figure in an underground gambling den. In this gambling den, there’s an arena where prisoners are forced to fight to the death purely for the amusement of mafia gangs who enjoy betting. Lidea brainwashes the prisoners she buys from R.T.N., then sells them to other mafia gang gamblers, who, in turn, put the brainwashed prisoners into the fighting arena for betting purposes. Her business at this fighting arena runs smoothly until one day, she finds that a branch of R.T.N. sends one of their people to her gambling den. The person they send is a blue-skinned woman with a tail resembling a bird’s. It seems that R.T.N. has deceived this woman, claiming they want her to investigate the missing prisoners, but in truth, they want Lidea to eliminate her as a witness.
