The World After: Chapter 2 (In Progress)
Added 2015-10-01 04:56:17 +0000 UTCAs usual, I am a little behind on the month in finishing story 3, though stories 1 and 2 came out a little earlier this month. I'm getting better! In light of being a couple days behind on story three, I thought I'd try something new. The following link:

opens a google document where all patrons can go and leave comments on the chapter as I finish writing it over the next two or three days. This way you can read every word I write and complain about the crappy italicized Sci-fantasy words I'm making up, or the names I've chosen (all subject to change). You may even catch me writing in real time! I've spent several hours replanning the novel (with a few changes) and I'm feeling out this new character. Come give me suggestions and advice! I'm also revising some of the words I used in the last chapter - I don't want to use "King", "Queen", "Prince" or "Princess" so I'm testing a few different words for those kinds of positions.
I hope you are not gravely offended by my charging for this third story early, despite it not being finished until this weekend. If you are, please, please tell me, and as always, you should feel free to decline a payment if you feel I am not living up to my end of the bargain. I would explain that I've had a bad cold and am still trying to adjust to my 50-hour per week teaching job, but that would sound like an excuse instead of an explanation. So again, my apologies.
