AND, after listening to #238, I think your generosity toward Rick has been nothing short of phenomenal. I'm glad you guys patched things up, but at the same time feel I owe you a big apology for always and immediately siding with Rick. Until recently, I didn't know just how difficult a time you were having with him, so please accept this written apology, despite your not knowing me from Adam's house cat. ALSO, I'm sooooo VERY glad to hear that you're going to be devoting much of your upcoming time to the Dead Motel Series. I absolutely love the Unity, Summit Inn and Shine Inn episodes, and if your new stuff is even half as good as these "classics," then we're in for a LOT of entertainment...I only wish you could've gone to and filmed the abandoned Nevele Resort; it's tailor-made for the Bell treatment.

I also wonder if Dan has some mild depression which colors his outlook on things in a way he wouldn't feel otherwise. Dan's humor and Rick's humor play off each other in amazing harmony. I do think Rick has talent about making videos when he does do them.

I know what it's like to not know where my life is heading because I have no compass. Life is about life itself. When there is no life within ones life it loses all meaning. Not knowing whether we will continuing aging alone, and eventually dying alone, etc. I know that darkness. And one year passes, then another, then another and nothing changes. It's still the same old lonely existence. It's hard bro. It's not the loneliness that is hard within itself, but the duration of it. So you're not alone in living that reality. I hope, for the both of us and others, that we find our way out of that darkness. It's not something you'd wish upon your worse enemy. Becoming popular definitely helps, and Rick being on ADR did help him start up Coattails with Rick. However, it takes more than popularity. If it were as simple as starting up a Youtube channel we'd all be doing it. In my opinion, from what I have seen, Rick has done well so far monetarily with his livestreams. I don't know why he feels that he hasn't? I think I mentioned this in the past but Rick has a cult following, which is awesome to have btw! I'm lucky if one person pays attention to me. LMFAO If you never took Rick for ADR he would not have experienced any of it. It's nice to see that in his retirement he has people who like him, follow him on Youtube, and that he gets to chat with people during livestreams. It's a lot better than if it didn't happen. It beats being retired and sitting in front of a television in the evenings, wasting away. Very few people get to experience what Rick has within their lifetime. Sure, one can argue if that is shallow or not; however, I see the beauty behind it. That, within itself, is a payment that money cannot buy! And I'm happy for Rick that he got and continues to experience it. And I'm happy that we all got to know about Rick because of the decision you made to put him on ADR.
