This is the Title Music from Golden Axe Warrior (composed by Jeroen Tel). There are many ports of this game (I played the SMS, role-playing version as a kid).
This Pico-8 arrangement was inspired by the C64 version, so there’s more ‘buzzing’ and classic use of chiptune arps. Check out the original here.
